Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication).
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and material usage.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Production floor-based role with office coordination.
May involve occasional weekend or shift work based on production demands
Requires standing, walking, and monitoring machinery for extended periods.
