Responsibilities

• Answer and receive customer orders through incoming phone calls using the Dataphone.
• Listen carefully to customers and accurately capture products, quantities, and order details.
• Confirm and clarify order information when necessary.
• Accurately encode customer orders into G-POS.
• Review orders before submission to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
• Identify incomplete or conflicting information and clarify or report it as needed.
• Follow established order-taking and data-entry procedures.
• Process multiple orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and order information.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team when clarification is needed.
• Perform other related order-processing duties as assigned.
