Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is hiring Phone Banking Specialists to be onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig City, working graveyard/night shift in a return-to-office setup.

The role focuses on handling customer inquiries via phone, delivering timely resolutions with professionalism, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of college completed and a minimum of 1 year of international BPO voice experience in a financial account, coupled with strong English

• Basic computer navigation and internet research skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while following company policies and procedures.
• Research and coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Support and guide new hires and less experienced team members.
• Work closely with supervisors and experienced representatives on challenging cases.
