Prepares and processes billing for On-the-Job Training (OJT) allowances, ensures accurate documentation and timely release.
Coordinates and processes billings from third-party manpower agencies, validating supporting documents and contract terms.
Monitors daily attendance of household employees, verifies timesheets, and coordinates discrepancies with relevant supervisors.
Maintains accurate records of household attendance to support payroll processing and government reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years experience in HR, payroll processing, or government benefits administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications; Knowledgeable in accessing government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
Work Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to government offices.
Work Schedule: Regular office hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday), with occasional overtime during payroll cutoffs.
