• Knowledge of North Americas payroll systems, tax regulations and labour laws.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees monthly.
• Monitor time and attendance through an ERP system (Workday).
• Calculate and process wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and file necessary reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee status changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
• Handle new hire paperwork and terminations related to payroll.
