Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accounting.
• 1-3 years of payroll experience preferred, US payroll exp beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and absence management transactions and earnings adjustments.
• Review payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Validate timekeeping and attendance data.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide resolution support.
• Execute complete payroll cycles with minimal supervision.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Investigate payroll exceptions and implement corrective actions.
• Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Coordinate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance teams for accuracy.
