JOB DESCRIPTION

The AEC Payroll Analyst is responsible for independently processing payroll activities for assigned employee populations while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The role supports end-to-end payroll operations, investigates discrepancies, performs reconciliations, and serves as a key resource for payroll-related inquiries. This position partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compensation, and other stakeholders to support payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Any bachelor’s degree (BS Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1-3 years of progressive payroll experience.
• 2-5 years of progressive US payroll experience preferred.
