Job summary

AECOM in the Philippines is seeking a Timekeeping Support Analyst to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions and compliance with timekeeping policies. You will approve timesheets, support the weekly close, and generate period-end reports to meet stakeholders’ needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Advanced knowledge of timekeeping processes and procedures.
Experience in stakeholder and client management is an advantage.
Experience in outsourcing/shared services or similar compensation-related roles preferred.
Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Provide moderately to complex support for day-to-day timekeeping processes.
Approve timesheets and verify hours in line with policies; perform reconciliations and audits.
Lead and perform weekly close to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
Create and review period-end reports per stakeholder requirements.
Monitor completion of regular timekeeping reports.
Assist in audits and identify process improvements and efficiencies.
