Job summary
Select VoiceCom, an American and Australian-owned call center services provider, seeks outbound sales agents in Cebu City. You will deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation, make a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and meet sales targets while collaborating with a team.
Night shifts and on-site work are required, with benefits and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1+ year BPO outbound sales experience, excellent English, a neutral accent, and strong self-motivation.
Qualifications
- 1+ year outbound sales experience in a BPO (B2B a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral accent
- Memorize and deliver a one-page sales presentation
- Competitive and goal-driven with teamwork
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Docs
Responsibilities
- Deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation on every call
- Make at least 130 outbound calls per shift to meet sales targets
- Send at least 15 outbound emails per shift
- Complete all daily tasks on time
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed targets
