Selected candidates join Select VoiceCom, an American and Australian owned BPO operating from Cebu IT Park, Cebu City. The role is outbound sales with targets including 130 calls and 15 emails per shift, and on-site night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of continuous outbound sales experience in a BPO.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Neutral accent.
• Money-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
• Ability to memorize and deliver a one-page sales presentation.
• Self-starter who initiates without constant oversight.
• Comfortable using productivity software such as Google Docs.
• Able and willing to work night shift hours and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorized one-page sales presentation confidently on every call.
• Make a minimum of 130 outbound calls per shift that meet sales objectives.
• Send a minimum of 15 outbound emails per shift.
• Complete all assigned daily tasks on time.
• Work collaboratively with your team to hit and exceed targets.
