Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, team coordination, process management.
• Experience in accounting services, financial operations, shared services, or BPO is an advantage.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, on a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to maintain smooth workflows and timely service delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, work quality, and overall performance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation and consistent application of operational guidelines.
• Track operational metrics and prepare reports on productivity, quality, attendance, and workflow performance.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Review performance trends and help identify opportunities for corrective action.
• Ensure operational activities align with company policies, service expectations, and established standards.
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as business needs develop.
• Build a practical understanding of the business before recommending or implementing significant changes.
