Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Operations & Client Services Manager for US Tax Services. This night-shift, on-site role in Ortigas, Pasig City, leads daily operations, manages a US-based client portfolio, and drives performance and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operations leadership, strong people management, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones. ASAP availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in BPO or shared services with US-based clients preferred.
• Strong people management, performance management and leadership.
• Experience tracking KPIs, productivity, quality, service levels, and client deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to handle escalations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day US Tax Services operations and ensure business requirements are met.
• Ensure teams follow procedures, workflows, and service standards.
• Monitor delivery to ensure accuracy, speed, and timelines.
• Review performance and drive improvements across processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders, Supervisors, and staff.
• Communicate with US-based clients and stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning with HR.
