Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Career Support Team Leader in the Philippines to drive interviews, placements, and service quality. You will monitor KPIs, coach a high-volume support team, and ensure adherence to workflows while managing schedules and escalating complex cases.

The role requires 3+ years in contact center leadership, experience with US night shift operations, and strong coaching and process-improvement skills in a startup-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years' related experience.
• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and coaching teams in fast-paced settings.
• 3+ years of contact center experience, including US night shift exposure.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience overseeing quality, CRM/ATS accuracy.
• Experience in US RPO, volume hiring, CRM/ATS in startup environment.
• Strong coaching, process improvement, and team development skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly targets for interviews, placements, and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to workflows and standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
• Provide real-time feedback and skills development support.
• Escalate persistent performance issues with documentation.
• Manage schedules and workload distribution.
• Identify recurring execution issues and recommend improvements.
• Provide escalation support for complex job seeker or employer cases.
