Clark Outsourcing is seeking an On Call Supervisor to lead our healthcare operations, overseeing on-call staff, ensuring timely client responses, and upholding service quality in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate coverage, monitor requests, and maintain compliance with protocols.

The role requires 2–3 years in supervision, strong leadership, CRM familiarity (Zendesk/Salesforce/Zoho/Airtable/Monday.com), and flexibility for after-hours work.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare or related service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.com).
• Ability to work on-call schedules, including after-hours coverage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations or patient care standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-call staff, ensuring coverage and timely response to client needs.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating urgent matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of on-call activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Serve as a point of escalation for staff and clients, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the client team to align on-call operations with service expectations.
• Utilize CRM tools to track, document, and manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide regular reports on on-call performance and operational metrics.
