Job summary

CSV Now Philippines is seeking Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to join our onsite night-shift team at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City. You’ll be the main contact for customer inquiries across channels, delivering friendly, accurate support.

Open to candidates with no BPO experience, you’ll use available tools to resolve issues, document interactions, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent comprehension and active listening.
• Fast learner able to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries across various communication channels.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Utilize available resources and internal tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.
• Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service.
