Job summary

LING NAM is seeking a Warehouse Order Coordinator in the Philippines to manage order coordination, inventory control, and delivery communications. The role requires coordinating with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure on-time dispatch and adherence to FIFO procedures.

You must be able to lift up to 50 kg and be available for night shifts and overtime. Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience and be willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Manila.

Responsibilities

• Order Coordination – Ensure timely preparation, scheduling, and dispatch of goods based on delivery schedules.
• Inventory Monitoring – Track stock levels and ensure correct items are dispatched.
• Communication – Liaise between warehouse, drivers, suppliers, and clients to confirm orders and resolve issues.
• Route Planning – Assign and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure dispatched goods follow company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
