In this role, you’ll drive recruitment initiatives, identify qualified talent, and partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.

Your expertise in candidate engagement, recruitment planning, and relationship-building will be essential to achieving hiring targets and securing quality placements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT or technical recruitment
• Offshore recruitment experience is preferred
• Familiarity with technical roles, including software developers, infrastructure, IT support, and other professional positions
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
