Job summary

Business-Class is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join the IT team for a night shift. You will ensure smooth operation of computer systems, set up equipment, manage access, and provide robust technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

You will work with Active Directory and Exchange, coordinate with suppliers for IT stock, and maintain asset records. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a strong English level is required to communicate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and various virtual environments and their management.
• Knowledge of VLAN organization and implementation.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least intermediate English proficiency.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper OS setup and required software.
• Provide timely technical assistance and support for OS, applications, and hardware issues.
• Manage access rights and permissions for data security.
• Administer user accounts and objects in Active Directory and Exchange.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain IT stock inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Maintain and update records of IT assets with accurate documentation.
