Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator to provide hands-on technical support for an outbound calling team. You will maintain workstations, network connectivity, user access, and calling systems, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.

The role is onsite with a night shift (10:00 PM–9:00 AM, Tue-Fri, 40 hours weekly). You will work closely with users, document issues, and follow ITIL-aligned processes to resolve requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Document steps and resolutions for knowledge base and SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 or external vendors as needed.
