Job summary

Responsibilities include end-user support, incident management, asset tracking, and collaboration with global IT teams. The role requires strong English communication and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years IT support/desktop support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end‑user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Resolve hardware/software issues within defined SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow and maintain ticket documentation.
• Support network, conference rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Assist with security initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
