Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Invoice‑to‑Cash operations.
• Exposure to end‑to‑end I2C processes; Collections experience is a plus.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, or multinational environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in collections and disputes.
• Execute end‑to‑end Collections and Dispute processing for high‑volume portfolios.
• Perform reminders, follow‑ups, and dunning activities.
• Monitor overdue balances and payment trends with dashboards.
