Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Invoice-to-Cash, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Collections and Dispute processing for high-volume portfolios.
• Perform collections reminders, follow-ups, and dunning activities.
• Monitor overdue balances and payment trends using dashboards and reports.
• Handle routine customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and disputes.
• Deliver and track performance against assigned metrics and deadlines.
