Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, not required.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and PDF processing.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong.
• Amenable to night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review providers notes.
• Send reminders via email and SMS.
• Maintain accurate records on provider interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on client status.
