Job summary

CLASSIC SLEEPCARE IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Ortigas, Pasig team for a full-time onsite night shift. You will provide excellent support to patients, assist with appointments, and handle billing-related inquiries in a healthcare environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in BPO or healthcare support, strong English communication, and comfort with voice-based patient interactions, insurance verification, and medical billing processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or healthcare support.
• Experience with a US healthcare account is highly preferred.
• Background in medical billing, patient services, insurance verification, claims, or appointment scheduling is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups
• Answer inquiries related to patient accounts, billing, payments, and balances
• Support patients with insurance, eligibility, and general healthcare-related questions
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services and account concerns
• Maintain and update patient records in the system
• Escalate complex issues as needed to the appropriate team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive patient experience
