Job summary

Wipro in Quezon City is seeking enthusiastic Healthcare Insurance Agents to handle inbound calls regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status. Onsite daily with a night shift; fresh graduates are welcome to start a career in healthcare BPO.

You will document interactions, stay professional and empathetic, and contribute to customer satisfaction while learning in a dynamic, purpose-driven team environment.

Qualifications

4 years college graduate (no experience required) / completed at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) + 6 months BPO experience preferably in a healthcare campaign.
Strong English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
Willing to work on night shift or shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
Can work onsite daily

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries
Assist customers with benefits, eligibility, and claims status
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions
Document customer interactions in the system
