Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center and sales experience.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Clear and professional speaking voice.
• Familiarity with soft-phone platforms and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for the closing representative.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Manage and respond to incoming chat conversations.
• Conduct scheduled calls to gather insurance information and qualify potential clients.
• Identify qualified opportunities and coordinate with closing representatives to schedule client engagements.
• Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement and move prospects through the process.
• Make outbound calls to previous clients to reengage them with available services.
• Accurately document call details, client information, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate relevant information and updates clearly to the appropriate team members.
• Handle conversations with confidence, professionalism, compassion, and resilience.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback regarding calls, client concerns, and potential opportunities.
