Job summary

TigerUx is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its BPO team in the Philippines. You will acquire new client accounts through outbound calls, negotiate terms, and drive sales to close orders with US-based clients.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), excellent English communication, and at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. Night shifts and competitive incentives are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships.
• Adaptable and confident in managing client interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Gather and document client information required for job creation.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters.
