Job summary

TigerUx in the Philippines seeks a Creation Supervisor for its BPO sales support team. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, monitor performance, and manage documentation and CRM data to drive revenue and quality service.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced startup-like environment, with night-shift US operations exposure and a focus on process optimization and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or High School diploma with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and effective live call handling.
• Proven ability to excel in high-volume, high-pressure calls and coach teams to achieve the same.
• 3+ years in contact center/customer care, with exposure to night-shift US operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory role managing team quality, CRM accuracy, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Sales Assistants to achieve team goals.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates for quality and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
• Support onboarding and training new team members.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and client inquiries.
• Lead by example with real-time coaching and call quality oversight.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and optimize workflows for reporting.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and sales outcomes.
• Track KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and gaps in performance.
• Ensure timely documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Act as escalation point for client/team concerns.
