Job summary

Neolytix in Eastwood, Quezon City is hiring an HR Generalist/HRBP to drive performance management, set clear expectations, and coach leaders. This role supports US/global stakeholders with night-shift alignment and requires strong communication.

You'll maintain attrition data, produce lightweight dashboards, and turn HR metrics into actionable insights for leaders. Hybrid setup, onsite 2–3 days a week, with a schedule of 7PM–4AM or 8PM–5AM.

Qualifications

• Prior night-shift experience or experience supporting US/global stakeholders.
• 1–5 years HR experience.
• Exposure to different HR facets.
• Experience with goal-setting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management (goal-setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and PIPs).
• Help managers set clear expectations and have better performance conversations.
• Coach employees and leaders on feedback, accountability, development, and growth.
• Provide hands-on HRBP and employee-relations support.
• Explain HR processes in an understandable way.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and a positive frame.
• Maintain attrition records and exit classifications.
• Update the attrition tracker across key fields.
• Analyze turnover trends and retention drivers.
• Prepare HR reports and basic dashboards on HR metrics.
• Translate data into leader-ready insights and recommended actions.
• Support exit interviews, exit surveys, and retention tracking.
