Job summary

GM Philippines is seeking an Onboarding Journey Analyst to deliver a consistent, timely onboarding experience for new hires supported by the Manila People Services Center. You will manage onboarding activities across connected HR systems and partner teams, guiding candidates from offer acceptance through background checks, identity and access readiness, equipment coordination, and Day 1 preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, background screening, or related service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Able to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with accurate records.
• Ability to interpret procedures and apply process requirements consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding cases from intake to resolution and document actions.
• Support onboarding inquiries via case support, call, chat, email, and other channels.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor onboarding progress across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Serval) and related tools.
• Coordinate background-check activities, request missing information, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate Workday updates and downstream onboarding actions.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting timing, experience, or start dates.
• Maintain thorough case notes and trackers for auditable handoffs.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
