Job summary

AMTEC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an HR Generalist Associate to provide day-to-day HR support for employees, managers, and team leads, especially within our production group during the graveyard shift.

You will handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance monitoring, records management, offboarding, and engagement activities, working closely with the HR Lead and other departments to ensure timely and compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience (operations, generalist, onboarding or administration).
• Knowledge of basic HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Can handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Willingness to work night/graveyard shift in production support.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and manage offboarding; coordinate with TA, IT, and managers.
• Serve as HR contact for graveyard shift; provide policy guidance.
• Support performance management and attendance monitoring processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill HR-related requests.
