Job summary

Carenet Health is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator for Makati night shift (9 PM–6 AM) to handle onboarding, documentation, and employee support. The role focuses on accurate records, timely processes, and confidential data handling.

You will manage COEs, verification requests, and routine inquiries while ensuring compliance and service quality. 1–2 years in HR admin and an Associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or related role preferred.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities and HR documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple requests.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding documentation for newly hired employees and ensure required pre-employment requirements are collected and validated.
• Prepare new hire onboarding files and employment documents, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Update employee masterlists and records to reflect changes accurately and timely.
• Process employee status changes and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare resignation and separation paperwork and support offboarding documentation.
• Maintain employee administration trackers and logs to ensure accurate tracking of lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for routine HR inquiries and provide timely assistance.
