Job summary

General Motors Company in Manila seeks a seasoned professional to lead business transformation and analytics for Global Sales Reporting. You will support the function with daily monitoring, stakeholder training, and global data-driven reporting across regions.

Ideal candidates bring Lean/Design Thinking experience, Power BI proficiency, and a background in Agile environments. Night shift (8pm–5am PHT) with hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management.
• Experience using Lean Management, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
• Detail oriented with strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Internal controls experience and knowledge.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum framework.
• Experience with Google Sheet and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting/data analytics.
• End-to-end test cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for the Global Sales Reporting function with daily monitoring and issue management.
• Develop understanding through documentation, training, and workshops to align business and IT objectives.
• Support communication to business users and develop training materials for a global audience.
• Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to improve customer experience.
• Create test plans and reusable test cases for new functionality and E2E testing.
• Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements.
• Support transformation efforts leveraging digital solutions and project management principles.
• Maintain operations documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
