Job summary

General Motors Philippines is hiring a Sales Reporting Sr. Analyst for a hybrid role in Taguig. You will support Global Sales Reporting, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with regional teams to improve data quality and processes.

The position emphasizes testing, training, and delivering analytics-driven insights. The role requires 5+ years in business transformation, experience with Lean/Design Thinking, Agile, and strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Management or Design Thinking to drive improvements.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum framework and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for Global Sales Reporting, including hyper-care activities and user access management.
• Develop and present training materials for a global audience and create standardized dashboards.
• Collaborate with partners across regions to implement data standards and process improvements.
• Create test plans, test cases, and validation evidence for new functionality.
• Maintain operations processes and documentation; support end-to-end testing.
