Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Finance/Operations Analyst in a hybrid role based in the Philippines. You will manage pricing processes within GBS, perform data validation and variance analysis, and support end-of-period closes while ensuring compliance with GM policies and local regulations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reports, insights, and dashboards that drive business decisions and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in shared services/GBS/multinational environment preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge: US GAAP/IFRS, inventory/costing, revenue/expense recognition.
• Proficient in SAP and GM systems; eager to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day core processes within the GBS Pricing scope with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain master data and references (materials, prices, cost objects).
• Perform data validation, variance checks, and issue investigation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Vehicle and Parts & Accessories price calculations.
