Job summary

Prime Source in Davao City is seeking a Sales Support Analyst who will back our Sales Representatives and Expense Advisors with data analysis, onboarding, and process execution. You will help ensure efficiency, cost savings, and high client satisfaction while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with Salesforce. You will work nights (PHT) in a full-time, in-office setting and coordinate with vendors,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data research, entry, standardization, and analysis.
• Analyze spend across product/service categories.
• Identify and assess vendors, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with sales reps/expense advisors, vendors & other stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, rostering, vendor accounts setup, contract activations, processing credit applications, and price activations.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for member requests.
• Submit contract activations through vendor/GPO portals and track progress to completion.
• Manage workflows and requests through Salesforce CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with rostering, vendor accounts, pricing/contract discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis, presentation files, and reports.
• Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.
• Perform other duties to support sales operations.
