REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and monitor programs for affordable housing, collect vendor data, and import it into our database. The role involves mapping data from provider formats, reporting, and QA testing through the UI.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree or equivalent, 1-2 years experience with Access/Excel, strong problem solving, and solid communication. Night shifts and flexible work arrangements are a plus, with on-site to hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any four-year course.
• 1-2 years' experience managing data with Access, Excel and data editors.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Working knowledge of relational database concepts.
• 1-2 years' experience with data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and time management; analytical track record.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with vendor/supplier data manipulation preferred.
• Willingness to work on site, work from home or hybrid.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Review resident files within contract timelines and escalate if needed.
• Communicate deficiencies and operate RPDM system to ensure timely reviews.
• Receive data, oversee transferring to the database, and analyze accuracy.
• Create conversion scripts for data from various sources into the destination format.
• Consolidate/merge duplicated data using comparison scripts or UI tools.
• Perform data matching between sources and present readable results.
• Write ad hoc queries to gather information such as coverage data and audit information.
• Develop new queries to be turned into standardized reports after gathering requirements.
• Develop a system for categorizing and storing scripts with documentation in a source control repository.
