D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is hiring a Junior Analyst (US) Night Shift to support finance and accounting functions from a hybrid setup in Makati. The role runs 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday, with responsibilities spanning data entry, reconciliation, documentation, and ad hoc project support.

The ideal candidate is a business graduate with 1–2 years in admin/accounting/project support, proficient in Excel, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business course (Finance, Accounting).
• 1–2 years’ experience in admin, operations, accounting, finance project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Run AI-assisted tools and workflows to support analysis and reporting.
• Enter, review, and reconcile missing or incomplete information across project files.
• Pull, organize, and prepare documentation for audits, reviews, or internal handouts.
• Assist team members with administrative and project-related tasks during peak workload periods.
• Organize digital files and folders to align with internal guidelines.
• Review data outputs for basic accuracy and completeness prior to escalation or handouts.
• Track outstanding items and help identify missing materials or follow-ups.
• Maintain internal trackers, logs, or databases as needed.
• Support ad hoc requests to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
