Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support a US-based electrical services client from IT Park, Cebu. You will handle first-contact support, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction through clear communication across phone, email, and chat.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, strong English, and willingness to work the night shift 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHT on-site in Cebu City. Training includes AI certification through our program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, BPO experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and hands-on experience with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Availability and willingness to work night shift, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT.
• Ability to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities to promote and sell products to potential customers.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach that keeps customers satisfied and engaged.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed customer information.
