• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable / Collections experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and take action.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to reduce delinquency and bad debt.
• Own end-to-end collections communication via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional customer interactions.
• Partner with Sales and Management to resolve billing issues and customer disputes efficiently.
• Perform daily cash application and account reconciliations.
• Support cash flow forecasting by providing insights on expected collections and payment trends.
• Track customer payment behavior to improve forecast accuracy.
• Generate and manage payment links using tools such as Stripe.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly AR aging reports and DSO analysis.
• Track collection performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Set up and maintain new customer accounts and billing profiles.
• Document and continuously improve collections processes and workflows.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while balancing company objectives.
