Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Accounts Receivable – Billing Representative in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate invoices are billed per contract, verify data, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain clean receivable records.

The role supports the billing cycle, assists with month-end close, and may involve night shifts with overtime as needed. Strong data entry, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 4 years in College or an Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Previous accounts receivable experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, generate, and send accurate customer invoices based on contract terms or services rendered.
• Verify billing data for completeness and accuracy before releasing invoices.
• Handle sales order billing and ensure timely billing cycles to support cash flow targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing data.
• Assist with month-end close and audit processes related to accounts receivable.
• Perform outbound calls to collect payments and secure card payments when needed.
• Maintain client account records in Sage and Alere App.
