Job summary

You will conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients, introduce products, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The role requires strong English skills, resilience, and a customer-focused attitude, with potential for permanent night shifts.

Qualifications

• Open to SHS graduates, undergraduates or graduates from any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in KPI-driven outbound roles (B2B appointment setting, lead generation, etc.).
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Professional phone presence; confident with business customers and decision-makers.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Experience supporting B2B campaigns or appointment-setting is an advantage.
• Experience meeting sales or performance targets is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage but training provided.
• Strong time management; punctuality.
• Comfortable in a pioneering account and growing a new team.
• Project-based role with potential absorption into full-time based on performance.
• Willing to work permanent night shift.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients using a client-provided lead list.
• Introduce client products and articulate their value propositions.
• Qualify opportunities through professional conversations and build interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams per campaign requirements.
• Handle objections while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document call outcomes, customer info, and appointment details in the system.
• Maintain complete records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
• Meet daily productivity and appointment-setting targets with quality.
