• Reliable and willing to work night shift in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects by phone and follow up via email.
• Update activities in Google Docs and the client’s CRM.
• Create call lists by contacting licensing authorities in states as directed.
• Communicate with Client Manager and technical staff, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify issues that cannot be resolved remotely in a timely manner.
