Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience with exposure to audit and vendor management.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage vendor accounts, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist in audit activities by gathering and validating required documents.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Generate reports and analyze vendor transactions and audit findings.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
