Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support warehousing, tagging, inventory control, and asset lifecycle management. You will work onsite, handling assets and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with IT support for asset maintenance and upgrades.

The role requires 1–2 years in asset management, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work night shifts in our Iloilo City location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials.
• Ensure inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate data.
• Assist with physical inventories and variances reconciliation.
• Tag company assets and supplies.
• Verify and inspect incoming/outgoing assets and supplies for quality.
