Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to manage warehousing, inventory control, and asset deployment. You will ensure accurate records, perform quality checks, and collaborate with IT for maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, record, issue and deliver stocks and materials.
• Encode inventory activities in the system to maintain data accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and reconcile variances.
• Tag company assets and supplies.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing assets for quality.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports.
• Implement good warehouse practices.
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support for asset maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for IT asset management activities.

Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials

• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate
  inventory data

• Assist in the physical inventories and counts, and in reconciling inventory variances

• In charge of tagging company assets and supplies

• Verify and conduct quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
  supplies

• Prepare accurate and complete inventory reports

• Implement good warehouse practices

• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.

• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
  needed.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
  deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
