Job summary

RELX Inc. is seeking an Admin Asset Analyst I in the Philippines to manage day-to-day equipment asset activities. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate purchasing and deployment, tag assets, and maintain accountability records across the AMP inventory tool.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment stock levels and coordinate timely purchasing.
• Coordinate equipment deployment, including equipment for new hires.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment to maintain its condition and readiness for deployment.
• Print asset tags and ensure equipment is properly tagged.
• Prepare and issue AF and TAA documentation for asset assignments and transfers.
• Conduct equipment inventories and prepare asset inventory reports.
• Monitor the return of equipment from departing employees.
• Update asset assignments and accountability records in the AMP inventory tool.
• Serve as backup POC for high-value equipment, including laptops and mobile phones.
