Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations and process optimization.
• Proficient in production management systems and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-team communication.
• Willing to work a night shift in Rosario, Cavite.
• Commitment to safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure targets are met with high quality and safety.
• Identify and resolve production issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitor production data to identify efficiency and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Apply lean principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
