Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Cash Application Specialist for onsite night shift at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. You will process payments, match remittances to invoices, and reconcile cash postings with AR subledgers.

The role involves collaboration with Treasury, Credit & Collections, and regional finance teams to strengthen controls. Requirements include a degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–5 years of AR or cash application experience, plus ERP proficiency

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or general accounting in multi-regional/currency setup.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Ability to meet monthly close schedules and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume daily customer payments (ACH, wires, lockbox, checks, credit cards) and match remittances to invoices.
• Reconcile daily cash postings, bank deposits, and AR subledgers with GL reports.
• Research and resolve unapplied/misapplied/short-paid cash items with agents, sales reps, and customers.
• Support month-end closing, GL balancing, and audit-ready record retention.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Credit & Collections, and regional finance teams to optimize cash apps and controls.
