Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) - Cash Application Specialist for an onsite night-shift role at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. You will record daily cash activity, apply receipts to AR invoices, and manage payments to the GL.

This position involves AR reconciliations and intercompany activities. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in AR/cash accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or cash accounting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite across AR, AP, intercompany, and GL.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail; able to meet month-end deadlines.
